3 ATM Placement Options

Standard Option
(Available only within a 75 mile radius of Ambler, PA 19002)
  ● 6 Bits, Inc. owns and installs the ATM, vaults the ATM with 6 Bits'
     money, handles all processing of transactions, maintains phone lines
     and equipment.
  ● 3 year contract (with Location Vaults Option or Lease to Buy Option
      available after 24 months).

Location Vaults Option
  ● 6 Bits, Inc. owns the ATM, handles all transaction processing and
     maintains equipment.
  ● Location installs phone line and maintains services.
  ● 6 Bits, Inc. will train location on operation of ATM.
  ● Location vaults the ATM with their money and insures operation (resets errors and refill receipt
     tape).
  ● 3 year contract (with Lease to Buy Option available after 12 months).

Location Lease to Buy Option
  ● 6 Bits, Inc. owns and installs the ATM at the location.
  ● 6 Bits, Inc.  will train location on operation of ATM.
  ● 6 Bits, Inc. handles all processing of transactions for 6 years. (Length of contract is 6 years).
  ● Location pays set monthly fee to purchase ATM for 36 months. (Usually fee is less than
     location's monthly commission).
  ● Location vaults the ATM with their own money, maintains the phone line and equipment..

1. Commission is set at $2.00.
2. Commission only paid on surcharged transactions.
3. Price of ATM is subject to change.
4. 6 Bits, Inc. is the sole ATM provider and transaction processor.

Commissions are available with signed agreements. Commissions are paid monthly accompanied by a detailed report showing the number of transactions.
